The providers at Team Health Care Clinic feel it is important to provide answers to many of the commonly asked questions they receive at their Champlin medical, physical therapy and chiropractic clinic. If you have additional questions, please call 763-323-1492.

How much does your treatment cost?

It depends on the plan of treatment. There are many types of treatment we offer from different providers here. Our doctor will work with you to develop a plan that meets your health care needs and is within your budget. This plan will also take into consideration any insurance coverage you have.

Will my insurance cover your services?

Team Health Care Clinic accepts and bills for all types of insurance; however, we are not in network for all insurers. Our clinic offers many new and innovative treatments for a variety of conditions, and some networks won’t allow us to be a provider and continue to offer these services. Many of our patients come to us for the very reason that we have such a unique and broad range of services. Therefore, we have chosen not to drop those services in order to be a part of the more restrictive networks. The benefit, ultimately, is to our patients as they have access to treatments they otherwise would not be offered.

Do you have a family plan?

We love families at our clinic! It is one of our goals to offer affordable care plans that make it easier for families to stay on a wellness program. Our family plans are very popular. We offer a range of options and can recommend one that is right for your family.

Will I see more than one provider at your clinic?

It depends upon your condition, plan of care, and where you are in your program. Most patients have more than one health concern they would like to address. Because of the various providers and services we offer, patients may begin with one doctor and then be referred to another of our providers who has expertise in a different area. As an example, many patients will see one of our medical providers, a chiropractor and a physical therapist for musculoskeletal conditions, they may see our medical providers and nutrition specialist for thyroid disorders, digestive problems, diabetes, hormonal imbalance, etc.

Will I receive treatment on the first visit?

We typically do not provide treatment on your first visit. Day one is for us to consult with you about your condition and needs, determine if you are a candidate for care at our clinic, and determine a course of treatment or further testing. We do make exceptions however in cases where someone has a request for immediate attention. If that is the case, please make this request at the time you schedule your appointment so we can allow enough time for treatment that day.
