Platelet-rich plasma for dry eyes

An estimated 4.66 million Americans are reported to experience the condition known as dry eye syndrome or DES.

Patients with DES often report that their eyes feel itchy, dry and even feel as though “they have rocks in them.” Some people with DES have a sensitivity to light and an inability to open their eyes wide enough to make eye contact.

PRP is comprised of the natural healing ingredients from your own blood. When processed properly, it becomes concentrated and has an amazing ability to treat dry eyes.

We create PRP drops in three simple steps:

Step One

The patient comes in and we draw a small amount of their blood which we refine to create a high concentration of growth factors, platelets and other healing ingredients.

Step Two

We take these concentrated, naturally-produced ingredients and create a three month supply of eye drops in sterile containers. The PRP drops are created in less than one hour.

Step Three

After paying a very reasonable fee, the patient takes the sterile containers home. The drops are stored in the freezer to keep them fresh and one weekly vial is kept refrigerated for use.

The patient’s own healing constituents are the ingredients that make the drops so effective. This is the most natural way to treat dry eye syndrome.

PRP for Joint Pain

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy is a cutting-edge pain relief and tissue regeneration approach. PRP injections draw a small amount of the patient’s blood, which is then processed to separate and concentrate the platelets and growth factors. When injected into the affected area, such as a joint or injured tissue, the concentrated platelets release growth factors that stimulate tissue repair and regeneration.

PRP therapy helps to reduce inflammation, alleviate pain, and enhance tissue repair, making it a promising option for individuals suffering from various musculoskeletal conditions, including osteoarthritis, tendon injuries, and ligament strains. With its minimally invasive nature and potential for long-lasting relief, PRP therapy is a valuable adjunct to traditional pain management strategies, offering patients a non-surgical alternative for restoring function and improving quality of life.
